- We offer a wide range of services, including custom bouquets for all occasions, weekly flower subscriptions, and complete floral design for weddings and corporate events. Our arrangements feature fresh, seasonal blooms sourced daily.
- Where are you located and what are your operating hours?
- Our boutique is located in Jumeirah, Dubai. We are open from Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Fridays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- How do I place an order for delivery?
- You can describe what you're looking for right here, and I can help you place an order. You can also call our shop or visit us in person. For delivery, we'll need the recipient's name, full address in Dubai, contact number, and your personal message for the card.
- What is the price range for your bouquets?
- Our signature hand-tied bouquets start from around 250 AED. Our more elaborate vase arrangements and luxury collections range from 400 AED to 1,500 AED and above, depending on the flower choice and size.
- How do you handle deliveries and what are the charges?
- We offer delivery across Dubai. Standard delivery is 30 AED, and we offer a same-day delivery service for 50 AED on orders placed before 4:00 PM. We use temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure maximum freshness.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- For regular bouquet orders, we require at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. For weddings and large events, cancellation policies are outlined in your specific contract.
- Can I request a specific type of flower?
- Absolutely! While our selection depends on seasonal availability, we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific flowers like roses, lilies, peonies, or tulips. Please let us know what you have in mind.
- Do you offer any corporate packages or subscriptions?
- Yes, we provide corporate services including weekly floral arrangements for offices, hotels, and restaurants, as well as gifting services for clients and employees. Contact us to discuss a custom package for your business.
- How do you guarantee the freshness of your flowers?
- We pride ourselves on freshness. Our flowers are sourced from top growers and delivered to our shop daily. Every arrangement is made-to-order to ensure it arrives beautiful and long-lasting.
- What languages does your team speak?
- Our multicultural team is fluent in English and Arabic. We also have staff members who can assist you in Hindi, Urdu, and Tagalog.
