What kind of sites do you clean?

Offices, warehouses and light industrial units, clinics and dental practices, retail units, schools and staff accommodation blocks. Most of our work is nightly or alternate-day contract cleaning rather than one-off jobs. We do not do residential villa or apartment cleaning.

How is a contract priced?

Per site, after a survey, based on cleanable square metres, the frequency and the shift window. As a guide, a 500 sqm office cleaned five nights a week runs about AED 4,800 to AED 6,200 a month, and a 2,000 sqm warehouse on three nights a week runs about AED 7,500 to AED 9,000. Consumables can be bundled or billed separately.

How do I get a quote?

Tell me the site type, the approximate area, how many days a week you want cleaning and which hours the building is free, and I will log the enquiry and book a site survey. The survey takes about 45 minutes with a supervisor walking the floors, and the written quote follows within two working days.

What are your hours?

The office is open Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Cleaning crews work three shifts covering 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM, so most clients are cleaned outside their trading hours. A supervisor is reachable by phone from 6:00 AM until midnight every day.

Are your staff insured and properly employed?

Everyone on site is directly employed by Northwind on a full MOHRE contract with a valid visa — we do not use freelance labour or subcontract crews. We carry AED 5 million public liability and AED 2 million employer's liability cover, and certificates are shared with every contract pack.

Do you supply the materials and machines?

Yes, the contract price includes chemicals, cloths, mops, vacuums, scrubber-driers and a lockable store trolley on site. Washroom consumables — soap, hand towel, tissue, bin liners — are optional at roughly AED 12 to AED 18 per employee per month depending on the specification you choose.

What happens if quality slips?

Each site gets a named supervisor who audits against a written scope sheet twice a month and shares the score with you. If something is missed, report it before noon and it is rectified the same shift at no charge. Three failed audits in a quarter triggers a free deep clean and a crew review.

Do you do one-off deep cleans and post-construction?

Yes, for existing contract clients and as standalone jobs. Post-construction and handover cleans are quoted at AED 9 to AED 14 per square metre depending on debris levels, and a one-off office deep clean including carpet extraction is typically AED 6 per square metre with a AED 1,500 minimum.

What are your contract terms?

Standard contracts run twelve months with a 30-day mobilisation period and 60 days' notice to terminate. We invoice monthly in arrears with 30-day payment terms and will work against an LPO and a purchase order number. Trial periods of three months are available for sites over 1,500 sqm.
