What workspace options do you offer?

Hot desks in the open studio, dedicated desks you keep permanently, private lockable offices for teams of two to twelve, meeting rooms bookable by the hour, and a virtual office package if you only need a business address and mail handling.

How much does membership cost?

Hot desks are AED 750 a month or AED 90 for a day pass, dedicated desks are AED 1,400 a month, and private offices start at AED 3,200 a month for a two-person room. Meeting rooms are AED 120 an hour, and every membership includes a monthly allowance of meeting room credits.

Can I book a tour?

Yes — you can book one with me right now. Tours run Sunday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, take about twenty minutes, and end with a coffee in the courtyard. Tell me your preferred day and roughly how many desks you need.

What is included in a membership?

500 Mbps fibre with a members-only network, a printing quota, unlimited speciality coffee and tea, soundproofed phone booths, mail and parcel handling, lockers, and our monthly members' events. Dedicated desk and private office members also get 24/7 keycard access.

Do you offer a business address or trade licence support?

Our virtual office package gives you a Dubai business address with mail handling and reception cover for AED 450 a month. We also work with a licensing partner who can set up mainland or free zone licences, and we can introduce you once you are a member.

What are the access hours?

Reception is staffed Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hot desk members use the space during staffed hours, while dedicated desk and private office members have keycard access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Where are you and is there parking?

We are in Al Quoz 1, a two-minute walk from Alserkal Avenue. Members get a free space in our covered car park, there is unmetered street parking outside for visitors, and we are about eight minutes by car from Equiti metro station.

Can I try the space before committing?

Absolutely. A day pass is AED 90 and includes everything a hot desk member gets, and we waive the first day pass for anyone who has taken a tour with us. Many members start with a few days before picking a plan.

What is the minimum commitment?

Hot desks and dedicated desks are month-to-month with 30 days notice — no long lock-in. Private offices have a three-month minimum term, after which they also move to rolling monthly with 30 days notice.
