What dental treatments do you offer?

We cover general and preventive dentistry (check-ups, scaling and polishing, fillings), cosmetic work such as veneers and whitening, Invisalign clear aligners, root canal treatment, implants and crowns, plus paediatric dentistry for children from age three.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book right here in the chat — tell me the treatment you need and whether you prefer mornings or evenings, and I will show you the next open slots in the surgery diary. You will get a confirmation immediately and a reminder the day before.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Our clinic is on Jumeirah Beach Road, a short walk from Jumeirah Mosque, with parking behind the building.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We have direct billing with Daman, Sukoon, AXA and MetLife, and we can process reimbursement claims for most other providers. Share your insurer and plan name with me and our front desk will confirm your eligibility and co-payment before you arrive.

How much does a check-up cost?

A consultation with the dentist is AED 250, and a full scaling and polishing session is AED 400. Whitening starts at AED 1,500 and veneers are quoted per tooth. After X-rays we always give you a written treatment plan with costs before any work begins.

Do you treat children?

We do. Our paediatric dentist sees children from age three in a dedicated room with its own chair and screen. First visits are deliberately short and gentle — usually just a ride in the chair, a count of the teeth and a fluoride varnish.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

We hold same-day emergency slots every morning and afternoon for pain, swelling, a knocked-out tooth or a lost crown. Call us on +971 4 344 2180 during opening hours, or tell me here and I will put you into the first available emergency slot.

Do you offer Invisalign or braces?

Yes. We start with a free orthodontic assessment including a 3D digital scan, so you can see the predicted result before committing. Most Invisalign cases run six to eighteen months, and we offer interest-free monthly payment plans over the treatment period.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment — the chair is reserved for you and we can usually offer it to someone in pain. Repeated late cancellations may require a refundable deposit for future bookings.
