- Kinetic Fitness Hub is a premium gym offering state-of-the-art equipment, a wide range of group classes including HIIT, Yoga, and Spinning, and dedicated personal training services. Our facilities include a free weights area, cardio zone, functional training space, sauna, and a healthy smoothie bar.
- Where are you located and what are your operating hours?
- We are located in Business Bay, Dubai, easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road. We are open 7 days a week, from 5 AM to 11 PM.
- How can I book a free trial?
- You can book a complimentary one-day trial right here! Just let me know you're interested in a trial, and I'll help you schedule a visit to experience our facilities and meet our team.
- What are your membership prices?
- We offer flexible membership options including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to suit your commitment level. Prices vary based on duration and access level, but our plans are competitively priced for the premium experience we offer.
- What should I bring for my first visit or trial?
- Please bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide secure lockers for your belongings. Most importantly, bring your motivation!
- What is your membership cancellation policy?
- Our longer-term memberships can be frozen for up to one month per year. For cancellations, we require a 30-day notice period. Please speak to our front desk team for any changes to your membership.
- What languages do your trainers and staff speak?
- Our team is multicultural, reflecting the community in Dubai. We primarily communicate in English and Arabic, and many of our trainers also speak Hindi, Urdu, and French.
- Do you have any special offers right now?
- Yes! We are currently running a 'Summer Shape-Up' promotion. If you sign up for a quarterly or annual membership this month, you will receive two complimentary personal training sessions.
