- Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
- We are located in the Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 in Dubai. Our workshop is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
- How can I book an appointment?
- You can book an appointment easily by talking to me, your virtual assistant, right here! You can also call us or send a WhatsApp message to our contact number during business hours.
- How is the pricing for your services determined?
- We believe in transparent pricing. For most standard services, we can provide an estimate upfront. For complex repairs, we offer a free initial inspection and will provide a detailed, itemized quote for your approval before any work begins.
- What should I expect during my first visit?
- On your first visit, our service advisor will listen to your concerns, perform an initial check-up of your vehicle, and prepare a detailed service quote. Once you approve the work, our technicians will start the repair, and we will keep you updated on the progress.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We understand that plans can change. We kindly request that you inform us of any appointment cancellations at least 12 hours in advance so we can manage our schedule and serve other customers.
- What languages do your staff speak?
- Our team is multicultural and can assist you in English, Arabic, and Hindi to ensure clear communication and excellent service for all our customers.
- Do you have any special offers available?
- Yes, we often have seasonal promotions. Currently, we are running a Summer AC Health Check special to ensure your car's air conditioning is ready for the heat. Ask me for more details!
- Is there a warranty on your repairs?
- Absolutely. We stand by the quality of our work. All our repairs come with a standard warranty on both parts and labor, typically for 3 months or 5,000 km, whichever comes first.
