How is the price worked out?

By the volume your items take up in the truck, not by weight. A single item collected from the kerb is AED 150, a quarter load is AED 450, a half load is AED 750 and a full 12-cubic-yard truck is AED 1,300. Send photos in chat and I will give you a firm price before the truck is dispatched.

Do I need to carry anything down myself?

No. The crew does all the lifting, including from upper floors and basements. Stairs above the second floor with no lift add AED 100 per flight because the job takes noticeably longer. Just point at what is going and stay out of the way.

What will you not take away?

We cannot carry hazardous material: paint, solvents, engine oil, asbestos sheeting, gas cylinders, car batteries, medical or clinical waste, and anything containing refrigerant that has not been degassed. Tyres and construction rubble are accepted but priced separately because the landfill charges us a different rate for them.

How soon can you come?

Most bookings in Dubai are collected within 48 hours, and we usually have a same-day slot if you contact us before 11:00am. We run four-hour arrival windows of 8:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00, and the crew leader calls about 45 minutes before arriving.

Do you clear whole villas and offices?

Yes. Full villa clearances, office strip-outs and warehouse decommissioning are a large part of our work. Anything above two truckloads gets a free site visit first so the quote is fixed rather than estimated. A four-bedroom villa clearance is typically AED 3,200 to AED 5,500.

Where does the rubbish actually go?

Everything is tipped at the Dubai Municipality-approved transfer station in Al Qusais, and we keep the tipping receipts. Furniture and appliances in usable condition go to a charity partner in Al Quoz instead, and metal, cardboard and e-waste are sorted for recycling. On average we divert around 40 percent of each load away from landfill.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Dubai and Sharjah at standard rates. Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi carry a AED 250 travel supplement and are scheduled rather than same-day. Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are quoted case by case.

Can you help if I am moving out and the landlord needs it empty?

That is our most common job. We can attend on handover day, clear everything remaining, sweep the unit and send you photographs of the empty rooms for your agent. Book at least 24 hours ahead for handover-day work so we can hold the slot.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling is free if you tell us more than four hours before the arrival window opens. Inside four hours, or if the crew arrives and cannot get access, there is a AED 150 wasted-journey charge. Payment is on completion by card, cash or transfer, and a tax invoice is issued every time.
