- What programs do you offer for different age groups?
- We offer programs based on the British EYFS curriculum for children aged 18 months to 4 years. Our classes are divided into Toddlers (18-24 months), Nursery (2-3 years), and Foundation (3-4 years), each with age-appropriate activities focusing on play-based learning and development.
- What are your operating hours and location?
- Bright Beginnings is located in the Jumeirah district of Dubai. Our standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. We also offer extended care options until 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM for an additional fee.
- How can I schedule a tour of the nursery?
- You can schedule a tour directly through me! Just let me know your preferred date and time, and I will check our availability for you. Tours are typically held on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- What are your tuition fees?
- Our tuition fees vary depending on the program and the number of days your child attends (3-day and 5-day options are available). We offer competitive pricing for the Jumeirah area, with fees structured per term. For a detailed fee schedule, please ask me to send you our brochure.
- What should my child bring on their first day?
- For your child's first day, please pack a bag with a change of clothes, diapers/wipes (if applicable), a water bottle, and a healthy, nut-free snack and lunch. Please ensure all items are clearly labeled with your child's name.
- What is your policy on cancellations or withdrawals?
- We require one full term's written notice for withdrawal from the nursery. If notice is not provided, the term's fees will be non-refundable. Registration and medical fees are non-refundable upon enrollment.
- What languages are spoken by your staff?
- Our primary language of instruction is English. However, our diverse team of educators and assistants are also fluent in Arabic, French, and Hindi to ensure all children and parents feel comfortable and understood.
- What is your approach to health and safety?
- The safety of our children is our highest priority. We have a full-time DHA-licensed nurse on-site, secure access control at our entrance, and regular sanitization of all classrooms and play areas. All staff are trained in pediatric first aid.
- Do you have any special activities or facilities?
- Yes! Our facility includes a shaded outdoor play area, a soft-play gym, a sensory room, and a small library. We also offer weekly enrichment activities like music, yoga, and basic Arabic lessons, which are included in our fees.
