How does pickup and delivery work?

You pick a two-hour collection window in chat and our driver comes to your door with sealed bags. Everything is barcoded per item at the plant, and you get an itemised total on WhatsApp before we start washing. Delivery is booked the same way once the order is ready.

What does it cost?

Wash and fold is AED 12 per kilogram with a 3kg minimum, and wash-dry-press is AED 18 per kilogram. Pressed and dry-cleaned items are per piece: AED 9 a shirt, AED 45 a two-piece suit, AED 35 a standard dress. Pickup and delivery are free on orders over AED 100.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from collection. Express 24-hour service adds 50 percent to the order, and same-day — collected before 10:00am, back by 8:00pm — adds 100 percent and is available inside Dubai only. Curtains, rugs and leather take three to five working days.

Which areas do you collect from?

Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown, Al Barsha, JVC, Mirdif and Deira are covered daily. Sharjah and Ajman are collected Tuesdays and Saturdays only, with a AED 25 route fee. Tell me your building in chat and I will confirm the next available window.

How do I know what is charged per kilo and what is per item?

Everyday clothing, gym kit, towels and bed linen go by the kilo. Anything structured, pressed or dry cleaned — shirts, suits, dresses, abayas, coats and curtains — is priced per piece. We weigh and count at the plant and send you the split before any work begins.

Do you handle curtains, rugs and bedding?

Yes. Curtains are AED 25 per metre of drop, and we can take them down and rehang them for AED 150 per window. Rug and carpet deep cleaning is AED 22 per square metre collected, and a king bedding set is AED 60. These are booked as a separate collection because the van needs space.

What if something is damaged or lost?

Every item is barcoded and photographed at intake, so nothing gets mixed between orders. If we damage or lose a garment we reimburse up to ten times the cleaning charge for that item, or the documented purchase value if you have the receipt. Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you do accounts for gyms, salons and small hotels?

We run monthly-invoiced corporate accounts for gyms, spas, salons, clinics and hotels under 60 keys. Volume rates start at AED 8 per kilogram for flat linen at 100kg a week, with a fixed daily collection slot and a named driver. Ask for a volume quote in chat and we will send it the same day.

How do I pay, and can I cancel a pickup?

Card link on WhatsApp, card at the door, or monthly invoice for account customers. All prices include 5 percent VAT and we issue a tax invoice with every order. Cancelling a window is free up to one hour before it starts; a missed collection with nobody home is AED 20.
