How much does a move cost?

A studio or one-bedroom within Dubai is AED 900 to AED 1,500, a two-bedroom AED 1,600 to AED 2,400, and a three-bedroom villa AED 2,800 to AED 4,500. The range depends on floor, lift access and how much packing you want us to do. Dubai to Abu Dhabi adds roughly AED 700 to AED 1,200.

Do I need a survey before you quote?

For anything above a one-bedroom, yes. A video survey over WhatsApp takes about fifteen minutes and gets you a firm quote the same day. An on-site survey is free within Dubai and Sharjah, takes 30 to 45 minutes, and is what we recommend for villas and offices.

What packing options are there?

Self-pack, where we deliver materials and you box your own goods; part-pack, where we handle kitchen, glassware and artwork only; and full-pack, where the crew packs everything the day before. Full packing typically adds AED 400 to AED 1,200 depending on property size. Materials are included in every packing option.

How much notice do you need?

Three to five days for a standard Dubai move. Month end, and especially the last three days of the month, books out one to two weeks ahead. We can occasionally do next-day for a studio if a crew slot opens; ask in chat and I will check the calendar live.

Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes, and it is included in the quote. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and standard flat-pack are handled by the crew. IKEA PAX and similar tall wardrobes carry a AED 150 per unit charge because they need reinforcing on reassembly, and we will always flag that in the written quote.

Is my furniture insured?

Basic transit liability is included at AED 500 per item up to AED 10,000 per move. Full-value cover is available at 2 percent of the declared value, minimum AED 300, and requires an inventory list. Claims need to be reported within seven days with photos of the damage and the packaging.

Do you offer storage?

We have a climate-controlled facility in Ras Al Khor. A 10 square metre unit is AED 450 a month, 20 square metres AED 800, and the first collection into storage is charged as a normal move. Access is by appointment Sunday to Thursday with 24 hours notice, and there is no minimum term beyond one month.

Is there anything you will not move?

No gas cylinders, paints, solvents, fireworks, live plants across emirate borders, pets, or loose cash and jewellery. Pianos, safes over 200kg, aquariums and large marble pieces are moved but need a specialist crew and are quoted separately after a survey.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before the move date. Inside 48 hours we charge 25 percent of the quote, and a same-day cancellation is 50 percent because the crew and truck are committed. We take a 30 percent deposit to hold the slot, with the balance due on completion.
