- Where are you located and what are your operating hours?
- Our office is in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). We are open for appointments from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
- How much do your services cost?
- Our fees are based on the complexity and scope of the engagement. Bookkeeping and VAT services are typically offered on a monthly retainer, while audit and tax advisory are project-based. We provide a detailed, transparent quote after an initial free consultation.
- How can I book a consultation?

- What should I expect during the first consultation?
- The initial consultation is a 30-minute discovery call with one of our senior accountants. The goal is to understand your business needs, assess your current financial standing, and determine how we can best add value. Please come prepared to discuss your primary challenges.

- Our team is multilingual and can serve you fluently in both English and Arabic. We also have staff members who speak Hindi and Urdu.
