- We offer a complete range of grooming services for both dogs and cats, including full grooms, bath & brush, stylish cuts, de-shedding treatments, nail trims, and ear cleaning. Our experienced groomers tailor each service to your pet's specific needs.
- Where are you located and what are your business hours?
- Furr-tastic Pet Salon is conveniently located in the Jumeirah district of Dubai. We are open from Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays.
- How can I book an appointment?
- Booking is easy! You can schedule an appointment directly through me, your virtual assistant, right here in the chat. Alternatively, you can call us at +971 52 123 4567 or visit our website.
- What are your grooming prices?
- Our prices vary depending on your pet's size, breed, coat condition, and the specific services requested. For an accurate quote, please provide your pet's details and we'll be happy to assist you.
- What should I bring for my pet's first visit?
- For your pet's first grooming session, please bring their vaccination records to ensure the safety of all our furry clients. It's also helpful to discuss any specific health concerns or temperament issues with our groomers upon arrival.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a small fee.
- What languages does your staff speak?
- Our diverse team is fluent in English and Arabic. We also have staff members who can assist you in Hindi and Urdu.
- Do you use pet-safe products?
- Absolutely. The health and safety of your pet is our top priority. We use only high-quality, professional-grade, pet-safe shampoos and grooming products that are gentle on their skin and coat.
