- What products do you offer besides prescription medicines?
- We stock a wide range of products including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements, personal care items, beauty products, and mother & baby care essentials. You can ask me to check stock for any specific item.
- Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
- Our main branch is located in Downtown Dubai, and we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our AI assistant is also available online 24/7 to help you anytime.
- How can I reserve a medication?
- You can ask me to check for stock availability and reserve an item for you. For prescription medication, you will still need to present a valid, original prescription from a UAE-licensed doctor upon collection.
- Do you offer home delivery?
- Yes, we offer fast home delivery services across Dubai. For over-the-counter items, you can place an order directly. For prescription medicines, we'll need to verify your e-prescription or physical prescription first as per DHA regulations.
- How is pricing determined?
- Our prices are competitive and adhere to the guidelines set by the health authorities in the UAE. We strive to offer excellent value on all our health and wellness products.
- What do I need to collect a reserved prescription?
- To collect a reserved prescription medicine, please bring your Emirates ID and the original physical prescription or an approved e-prescription. Our pharmacist will verify it before dispensing the medication.
- What is your return policy?
- For safety and health regulation reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any medications once they have been dispensed. Non-medicinal products can be returned within 7 days if they are in their original, unopened packaging with a valid receipt.
- What languages do your staff speak?
- Our in-store pharmacists and staff are multilingual and can assist you in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu to ensure clear communication and excellent care.
- Do I need an appointment to speak with a pharmacist?
- No appointment is needed. You can visit us anytime, 24/7, to speak with one of our qualified pharmacists for a consultation or advice on over-the-counter products.
