What do you have for hire?

Access equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts, generators from 10 to 100 kVA, compressors and breakers, concrete mixers and power floats, and a full range of hand and power tools. We hold around 400 units in the Dubai Investments Park yard. If we do not have something on the day, we usually source it from a partner yard within 48 hours.

What does hire cost?

A 10 metre scissor lift is AED 350 a day, AED 1,250 a week and AED 3,400 a month. A 20 kVA generator is AED 280 a day, and a concrete mixer is AED 90 a day. Weekly rates are charged as five days and monthly rates as twenty-two days, so long hires get cheaper per day.

How does the hire period actually work?

A day means 24 hours from collection or delivery, not a calendar day, and we allow a two-hour grace period on returns. Anything past that starts a new day. Weekend hires collected Friday after 2:00 PM and returned Sunday morning are charged as one day.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. Deposits are AED 500 for hand and power tools, AED 1,000 for compaction and concrete equipment, and AED 2,000 for access machines and generators. Account customers with an approved trade licence are exempt. Deposits are refunded within three working days of a clean return inspection.

Do you deliver to site?

We deliver anywhere in Dubai for AED 150 each way, and to Sharjah, Ajman or Abu Dhabi for AED 250 each way. Same-day delivery is available if the order is confirmed before 11:00 AM. Tell me the site location and gate access details and I will book a delivery window.

What are your yard hours?

The yard is open Saturday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Collections stop 30 minutes before closing so we have time to check the machine over with you. Out-of-hours collection can be arranged for account customers at AED 200.

What do I need to bring to collect equipment?

Companies need a trade licence copy, a stamped LPO or signed hire agreement and the driver's Emirates ID. Individuals need an Emirates ID or passport plus a refundable AED 1,000 deposit on card. For access machines we also need to see a valid operator certificate before the machine leaves the yard.

What happens if something breaks down on site?

Call the yard and we will have a mechanic out within four hours inside Dubai, or swap the unit if it cannot be fixed on site. Breakdowns from fair wear are our cost and hire charges stop from the time you report it. Damage from misuse, wrong fuel or unauthorised repairs is charged to you at cost plus 15 percent.

How do returns and refuelling work?

Return the machine clean and with a full fuel tank. If it comes back short, we refuel at AED 4.50 per litre plus AED 50 handling, and heavy cleaning is AED 150. An inspector goes over the unit with you at the counter and signs off the return sheet on the spot.
