What rooms do you have and what do they cost?

Deluxe King from AED 420 a night, Superior Twin from AED 450, Family Room sleeping four from AED 620 and Executive Suite from AED 950. Those are low-season rates from May to September; December to February peak rates run roughly 60 percent higher. All rates are before 10 percent municipality fee, 10 percent service charge and 5 percent VAT.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 3:00pm and check-out by 12:00 noon. Early check-in from 10:00am and late check-out to 4:00pm are AED 150 each subject to availability, and free for stays of five nights or more. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so a 3:00am arrival is no problem if you tell us the flight number.

Is breakfast included?

Room-only is our standard rate. Breakfast is AED 75 per adult and AED 40 per child under twelve if added at booking, or AED 95 walk-in at the restaurant. The buffet runs 6:30am to 10:30am on weekdays and until 11:00am on Friday and Saturday, and always includes Arabic, Indian and continental options.

What is your cancellation policy?

Flexible rates cancel free up to 24 hours before the 3:00pm check-in; inside that window we charge one night. Advance-purchase rates are 20 percent cheaper and non-refundable from the moment you book. No-shows are charged the first night on the card held at reservation.

Do you have parking?

Yes, free basement parking for 46 cars with one bay per room and 2.1 metre clearance. If the basement is full the hotel validates the public lot on Kuwait Street next door. Valet is available from 4:00pm to midnight at AED 30.

Where are you and what is nearby?

We are on Al Mankhool Road in Bur Dubai, a seven-minute walk from Al Fahidi metro station on the green line. Dubai Museum and the Al Fahidi historic district are ten minutes on foot, the abra crossing to the gold souk is fifteen, and Dubai Mall is twenty minutes by car outside rush hour.

How far is the airport and do you do transfers?

Dubai International Terminal 1 is about fifteen minutes by car outside peak hours. A private transfer in a sedan is AED 90 each way and a seven-seater van is AED 160, both bookable in this chat with your flight number. A metered taxi typically runs AED 45 to AED 60.

What facilities are on site?

A rooftop pool and sun terrace open 7:00am to 9:00pm, a 24-hour gym, an all-day restaurant, a lobby café, laundry with same-day return if handed in before 9:00am, and a meeting room for twelve at AED 600 for four hours. Wi-Fi is free and unmetered throughout the building.

Can I book for a group or a long stay?

Yes. Eight rooms or more gets a group rate with one free room per twenty and a flexible rooming list until seven days before arrival. Stays of fourteen nights or more get 20 percent off with weekly housekeeping linen change included. Send me your dates and headcount and I will put a proposal together.
