What security services do you provide?

Static manned guarding for towers, compounds, warehouses and construction sites; mobile patrol rounds; event and crowd security; concierge and front-of-house officers; and CCTV control room operators. We do not provide armed guards or cash-in-transit, which are restricted categories in the UAE.

Are your guards licensed?

Every officer holds a valid SIRA licence for Dubai deployments and the equivalent PSBD clearance for Abu Dhabi. We hold the company security services licence, carry AED 5 million public liability cover, and can produce licence copies and Emirates ID for every guard assigned to your site before they start.

What does manned guarding cost?

A standard unarmed officer on a 12-hour day shift is AED 32 per hour on a 12-month contract, which works out around AED 11,700 per month per post. Night shift is AED 36 per hour. A 24/7 post, which needs four officers to cover rotation and leave, runs about AED 26,500 per month.

How do your shift patterns work?

Standard posts run two 12-hour shifts, 7:00am to 7:00pm and 7:00pm to 7:00am, six days on with one rest day. A 24/7 post is staffed by four officers so that leave, sick days and the weekly rest day are covered without gaps. Supervisors check every post at least twice per shift and log it electronically.

Can I get guards at short notice?

For event and temporary cover we can usually deploy within 48 hours from our relief pool. Short-notice deployment under 72 hours carries a 15 percent surcharge, and events under 30 officers can normally be confirmed the same week. Permanent posts need a site survey first, so allow seven to ten days.

Do you do event security?

Yes, from small private functions up to exhibitions and concerts. Event officers are AED 45 per hour with a six-hour minimum, and a supervisor is mandatory for any deployment over eight officers at AED 65 per hour. We handle SIRA event permit paperwork for an additional AED 1,500 per event.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Guard wages, visa and licensing costs, uniform, transport to site, supervisor visits, a 24-hour control room contact and monthly incident reporting. Site-specific extras such as a guard cabin, radios, metal detectors or a patrol tracking system are quoted separately at cost plus 15 percent.

How do you handle incidents and reporting?

Officers log patrols on an electronic checkpoint system and file an incident report before the end of shift for anything unusual. Serious incidents trigger a call to your nominated contact within fifteen minutes and a written report within four hours. You receive a consolidated monthly report with patrol compliance percentages and all incident logs.

What are your contract terms?

Standard contracts run twelve months with 60 days notice to terminate, invoiced monthly in arrears on 30-day payment terms. Three and six-month contracts are available at a 12 percent premium on the hourly rate. Rates are fixed for the contract term except for mandated wage or licensing changes.
