- What sizes of storage units do you offer?
- We offer a variety of sizes to fit your needs, from small 5x5 ft lockers for a few boxes, to medium 10x10 ft units for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, up to large 10x20 ft units for business inventory or entire-home furnishings. We also provide climate-controlled units to protect sensitive items from the UAE heat.
- How much does it cost to rent a unit?
- Our pricing is competitive and depends on the unit size, whether it's climate-controlled, and the rental duration. Monthly rates are very affordable. For a precise quote based on your needs, just ask me for a price on a specific unit size!
- Where are you located and what are the access hours?
- Our secure facility is conveniently located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai. Once you are a registered renter, you get personalized, secure gate access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours for new rentals and support are 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
- How do I rent a storage unit?
- The process is simple! You can start by choosing your unit size and reserving it right here with me. We will then send you a digital agreement to sign, and once the initial payment is made online, you'll receive your unique gate access code immediately.
- How secure is my stored property?
- Security is our top priority. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, perimeter fencing, and a personalized keypad access gate. Each unit is secured with your own lock, ensuring only you have access to your belongings.
- Are there any restrictions on what I can store?
- Yes, for the safety of all our renters, you cannot store flammable materials, explosives, hazardous waste, perishable food items, or any illegal goods. Please contact our office if you have questions about a specific item.
- Do I need insurance for my items?
- While we provide a secure facility, we do not insure the contents of your unit. We highly recommend you get a separate insurance policy for your belongings. Many home insurance policies can be extended to cover stored goods.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards for monthly billing. We can also arrange for bank transfers for long-term contracts. Our goal is to make payments as convenient as possible.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We operate on a month-to-month basis for flexibility. We simply require a 14-day written notice before your next billing date if you wish to vacate your unit. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free move-out process.
