What conditions do you treat?

Post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation such as ACL reconstruction and joint replacement, sports injuries, chronic back and neck pain, neurological rehabilitation after stroke, paediatric physiotherapy, and pre- and post-natal care. Our team includes physiotherapists, an occupational therapist and a clinical exercise physiologist.

How do session packages work?

Most patients buy a block of six, twelve or twenty-four sessions, which works out cheaper per session than paying each visit. I track your balance automatically — just ask me "how many sessions do I have left?" at any time and I will tell you instantly.

Can I always see the same therapist?

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Continuity matters in rehab, so once you are assigned a primary therapist I check their live calendar and only offer you slots when they are actually free. If they are away, we will tell you who is covering and brief them on your plan.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Not for a self-funded initial assessment — you can book directly with us. If you are claiming through insurance, most providers require a referral from a physician and a pre-approval before we can start, and our team will help you obtain both.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or move a session. Cancellations inside that window, and no-shows, automatically consume one session from your package — this is applied by the system, not by a person, and it protects the time your therapist has held for you.

How long is a session and what happens at the first visit?

The initial assessment is 60 minutes and follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. At the first visit we take a full history, run a movement and strength screen, explain what we think is going on, and give you a written plan with a realistic timeline and a home exercise programme.

Do you accept insurance?

We work with Daman, Sukoon and Bupa Global, and can issue itemised invoices for reimbursement with other insurers. Packages usually need pre-approval. Self-pay is AED 350 per session, with package rates from AED 295 per session.

Where are you and what are your hours?

We are on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, on the ground floor with step-free access and dedicated patient parking. We are open Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and closed on Fridays.

Will I get reminders about my appointments?

Yes. You get a confirmation as soon as a session is booked and a reminder on WhatsApp 24 hours before, with a one-tap option to reschedule if something has come up. It is the simplest way we have found to keep everyone's plan on track.
