What does a first consultation cost and what happens in it?

The initial eligibility consultation is 60 minutes and costs AED 450. A licensed consultant goes through your education, work history, language results and family situation, then tells you which routes are realistic and which are not. If you instruct us within 30 days, the AED 450 is credited against your fee.

Which countries do you handle?

We work on Canada (Express Entry and Provincial Nominee), the United Kingdom (Skilled Worker and Global Talent), Australia and New Zealand skilled routes, and Portugal and Spain residence permits. We do not handle United States cases and will refer you to a US-licensed attorney if that is what you need.

What are your fees for a full application?

Full application management starts at AED 9,500 for a single applicant and AED 13,500 for a family of four, payable in two instalments. Government and biometric fees, medicals and translations are paid separately by you, directly to the relevant body. You get a written fee schedule before you sign anything.

How long does a case usually take?

Canadian Express Entry runs roughly six to twelve months from profile submission to decision, depending on draw scores. UK Skilled Worker is faster, often eight to twelve weeks once a sponsoring employer is confirmed. We give you a case-specific timeline in writing after the first consultation and update it whenever processing times shift.

Can the assistant tell me if I qualify?

No. I can collect your details, explain how our process works and book you with a consultant, but I do not assess eligibility or give immigration or legal advice. Points scores and eligibility depend on documents and rules that change often, so only a licensed consultant will give you an answer you can rely on.

What are your office hours and where are you?

We are open Sunday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, closed Fridays. Our office is on the 14th floor of Bay Square Building 6 in Business Bay, five minutes on foot from Business Bay metro. Visitor parking is in the Bay Square basement, first two hours free.

Can we meet online instead of in person?

Yes. Around two thirds of our consultations run on video call, which suits clients outside the UAE or on shift work. You get a link when you book, and the consultant works from documents you upload beforehand. Evening video slots run Tuesday and Wednesday until 8:00 PM.

What should I bring or send before the meeting?

Send passport bio pages for everyone applying, degree certificates and transcripts, a current CV, any English test result, and reference letters covering the last ten years of employment. Scans are fine. If documents are not in English, bring the originals and we will arrange certified translation.

Do you guarantee a visa?

No honest consultancy can. The decision belongs to the immigration authority, not to us, and anyone promising a guaranteed approval is worth walking away from. What we commit to is an accurate assessment, a complete and correctly evidenced application, and telling you early if a route will not work.
