How much is a wash?

It depends on vehicle size. An express exterior wash is AED 45 for a sedan, AED 60 for a five-seat SUV and AED 75 for a seven-seater or pickup. The full inside-and-out wash is AED 90, AED 120 and AED 145 for the same three sizes, and takes about 45 minutes.

What are the monthly plans?

Bronze is AED 149 a month for four express washes, Silver is AED 249 for eight washes plus one interior vacuum, and Unlimited is AED 349 for as many express washes as you like, capped at one per day. Plans are tied to one number plate, renew monthly, and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.

Do you come to my building?

Our mobile team covers Al Quoz, Business Bay, Downtown, Jumeirah and Al Barsha with a waterless system approved for underground parking. Mobile pricing adds AED 30 to the site rate and needs a minimum of two cars in the same building. We cannot use the mobile setup in car parks that ban any washing at all, so check with your building first.

What is included in interior detailing?

Full vacuum including under the seats and boot, steam cleaning of mats and carpets, leather clean and conditioning or fabric shampoo, dashboard and vent detailing, and window polish inside. It is AED 450 for a sedan and AED 600 for a large SUV, and the car needs to be with us for about four hours.

Do you do ceramic coating and is it worth it?

Yes. A one-year coating is AED 1,800 for a sedan and a five-year professional coating runs AED 2,900 to AED 3,500 depending on size and paint condition. It genuinely helps with dust bonding and bird droppings in this climate and makes weekly washing easier, but it is not scratch-proof and it does not replace washing. We will tell you if your paint needs correction first.

How long does it take and can I wait?

Express exterior is 20 minutes, full inside-out is 45 minutes, and interior detailing or coating means leaving the car. There is an air-conditioned waiting room with wifi and coffee, and for longer jobs we will drop you at Mall of the Emirates and collect you when the car is ready.

What are your opening hours?

The Al Quoz site runs Saturday to Thursday 8:00am to 9:00pm and Friday 2:00pm to 9:00pm. The mobile team works 7:00am to 7:00pm every day. Last booking for any detailing or coating work is 3:00pm because those jobs need the full afternoon.

Do I need to book or can I just turn up?

Walk-ins are fine for an express wash outside the 5:00pm to 8:00pm rush, when the wait can hit 40 minutes. Anything longer than a full wash needs a booking, and plan holders get a reserved bay if they book ahead. Tell me your plate and what you want and I will put you in the diary.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Come back within 48 hours and we redo the affected work free, no argument. We photograph every vehicle on arrival and at handover, so if there is a dispute about existing damage we both have the same pictures. We carry insurance for damage caused on site.
